Registration to the Workshop should be made via the WEB: Click here to register

Although on-site registration is possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Workshop, advance and on-line registrations are strongly recommended to take advantage of the reduced registration fees.

The Registration Desk will be open for on-site registration and material pick-up for registered delegates:

on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from 17:00 to 19:00
on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 8:00 to 18:00
the following days during the Workshop hours

Please NOTE that:

at least one author for each accepted paper must register at a Full Delegate rate

student Registration must be supported by a proof of status on headed paper signed by the advisor and sent (via e-mail or fax) along with the registration.

Full Delegate and Student Fee includes:

Partecipation in the Technical Program
Welcome Reception
Working Lunches
Coffee Breaks during Sessions
Proceedings
Workshop Banquet

Accompanying Person Fee includes:

Partecipation in the Welcome Reception
Workshop Banquet

Payment

The registration must be accompanied with payment of the corresponding registration fee.
All payments must be in EURO. Registration fees are inclusive of Italian VAT (20%).

Cancellation Policies

Registration fee (75%) can be refund only if notification is given in writing before March 25, 2008.

After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Workshop Proceedings will be mailed to the registrant.

Please be aware that registration for the Workshop DOES NOT imply a room reservation which must be made separately.
